I was introduced to Ellen during a difficult stage in my life. I have never had any interest in Yoga as I was more a fan of high intensity workouts, during the session I really connected with Ellen and was able to switch off and enjoy the slower pace even fully switching off in the relaxation period at the end. After the first class I converted so much so that my Mum and Sister have joined the class. Ellen’s classes have a friendly community feel we often work to a theme such as mindfulness, kindness, self-care and each workout allows for postures to be adapted to suit your capabilities. Ellen is open, approachable and you instantly feel at ease
