Workshops for your Wellbeing

We design and deliver a range of Wellbeing Workshops.
All workshops will follow government Covid guidelines

Mindfulness

Discover more about mindfulness and how it can improve your wellbeing and your relationships.  We will explore how mindfulness reduces stress and anxiety and how it can help us become more focused, creative and resilient.

Resilience

Resilience is our ability to bounce back from difficulties. The focus of this workshop is to help you develop inner strength and a positive mindset.  We will explore practical strategies that will enable you to build your resilience, so you can deal with any stresses and setbacks that life may throw at you.

Yoga

In this workshop we explore the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual nature of our energy, what influences our energy levels and how to optimize it.  The session will be split between learning and the practical element of participating in Yoga.

An excellent workshop, I definitely have more insight and can identify when I’m feeling anxious or stressed and how to manage it better. Can you believe, I am already planning my self-care for next week! The handouts are really helpful too, thanks Ellen
