With guest speaker Dalbinder Bains BSc who will share her expertise on the simple things we can do via cooking to supercharge our health, regulate hormones and increase our energy.

How does Life–Shift work?
For over 25 years we’ve being helping people create transformational change in their lives. All our activities are built around proven techniques drawn from Counselling, Mindfulness and Yoga.
Counselling
We all experience times in our lives when we need some, guidance, mentoring or support from a professional. We offer 1-2-1 sessions with a trained Counsellor, allowing you to talk through your problems so you can get your life back on track.
Workshops
1 in 5 employees experiences moderate to high levels of stress resulting in time away from work. We want to help you put your employees’ mental wellbeing first, offering a range of bespoke workshops to help shift mindsets in an out of the workplace.
Yoga
Yoga is a great way to help manage stress. Our Yoga classes are suitable for all abilities. We structure our classes around themes such as mindfulness, strength, balance and relaxation.
Learn a mindful approach
Mindfulness means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of your thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations and surrounding environment. It also involves acceptance in that we pay attention to our thoughts and feelings without judging them.
When we practice mindfulness, our thoughts tune into what we are sensing in the present moment rather than lingering on the past or imagining the future. Through our activities we help our clients’ practice being present in the moment for improved focus and calm, even on hectic days.
